Improved V2 alert query controls

The V2 API now supports more alert query controls.

• Use last_activity_timestamp and last_activity_before to filter alerts by activity date.
• Use sort_type=last_activity with sort_order to sort alerts by activity date.
• Use audit_log_limit on GET /v2/alert, GET /v2/alerts, and PUT /v2/alert to set the maximum number of returned audit log entries.
• Check audit_logs_truncated to find if the response has more audit log entries.
• Repeat the same POST /v2/assets request after a timeout or a connection error. The API returns the existing active asset or restores the matching archived asset.

The API uses audit_log_limit=100 by default. You can set a value from 0 through 200.
