Protected assets API now returns who last updated each asset

GET /protected-assets now includes an updated_by field on each protected asset, identifying the user who last updated it. This mirrors the "Updated by" column already shown in the dashboard.
Updates made by Doppel on your behalf are reported as "Doppel" rather than an individual employee. The field is null when the last editor is unknown.
